Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using the kn9 platform. These terms constitute a legal agreement between kn9 and the user and govern all aspects of platform use. By registering an account or beginning to use the platform, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.
1. Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on kn9, you must be 18 years of age or older. You must be a citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh and register using your real identity and accurate information. Each person may only open one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the information provided at registration remains accurate, complete, and up to date. kn9 may request additional documents or information for identity verification at any time, and users are required to cooperate.
2. Account Security & Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify kn9 support immediately. Allowing any third party to use your account or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all transactions and activities carried out through your account. kn9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account as necessary.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
To deposit funds on kn9, you may use mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits must be sent from your own account only; funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and the transaction may be cancelled. To make a withdrawal, the minimum required amount must be met and identity verification must be completed. All financial transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kn9 will not be held liable for delays in transaction processing due to technical reasons, but will endeavor to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
4. Betting Rules & Fair Use
All bets placed on the kn9 platform must be fair and honest. Any attempt to cheat, use software bots, or gain unfair advantages may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. Abusing bonuses or offers through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, kn9 reserves the right to cancel or re-run the relevant round. 5. Responsible Gaming & Age Verification
Kn9 places the highest importance on responsible gaming, and it is strictly prohibited for minors to open accounts or play.
